Horacio Silva

Horacio Silva is writer who is based in New York City. Previously, he was style director for Departures, group editor in chief of Crane.tv and worked for ten years at The New York Times, where he held several senior editorial positions, including online director of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. He is a regular contributor to many a gorgeous publication such as Pin-Up and Fantastic Man. Horacio was born in Uruguay and raised in Australia, where he lived until moving to Manhattan in 1998. He is a triple Scorpio, born in the year of the snake, and is allergic to humorless and intellectually lazy people, as well as to onions, spring onions, chives, shallots, scallions and any insidious members of the extended allium family.
