Pamela Anderson
Pamela’s love affair with the limelight began on July 1st, 1967 – the day she was born, in fact. The daughter of a waitress and a furnace repair man, Canada’s “Centennial Baby’s arrival (the first to be born on the country’s Independence Day) received some local press coverage in Pamela’s hometown of Ladysmith, British Columbia. She grew up playing volleyball and training to be a fitness instructor before moving to LA and scoring a part in soap opera Days of Our Lives. Known for her impeccable comedic timing in TV programs such as Home Improvements and V.I.P, Pamela’s most iconic role is undoubtedly the lifeguard C.J. Parker in the sunny sitcom Baywatch, shown in over 140 countries worldwide. Pamela is also a lifelong animal-rights activist, has been photographed for several PETA campaigns and even hosted a cookery web series, The Sensual Vegan – a platform dedicated to her love of nourishing, plant-based cuisine.
