Mario Sorrenti

Before he was a photographer, Mario Sorrenti was a model. A very in-demand one too. Beloved by photographers such as Richard Avedon, Bruce Weber and Steven Meisel, he also appeared in the supermodel-studded video for George Michael’s “Freedom ’90”. Now, Mario is a very in-demand photographer, responsible for the iconic images of Kate Moss for Calvin Klein’s Obsession campaign in the early ’90s, along with advertisements for Tom Ford, Chanel and Chloé. Represented by the agency Art Partner, Mario lives in New York with his wife, Mary Frey, and two children. Born in October 1971, his is a Libran.
