Who foresaw the rise of the World Wide Web? Susan Miller, of course, who launched her website, Astrology Zone, way back in 1995. More than 20 years later, and the site boasts over 6 million users, eagerly logging on to peruse Susan’s monthly predictions (and seek professional advice on staying calm when Mercury’s in retrograde.) She splits her time between an apartment on the Upper East Side, and the Carlyle Hotel on East 67th Street, where she writes her extensive forecasts as well as columns for eight international fashion magazines and the occasional personal horoscope. For important occasions and the particularly impatient, there’s also her Daily Horoscope app, available on Apple and Android alike.
