She’s been busy; utilizing the abundance of wild acorns on the small Greek island of Kea, where the Californian now lives, by turning them into award-winning cookies from her own Red Tractor Farm. The adjoining guesthouses can be booked online, via Marcie’s website, where she also sells wine, seasonal marmalade, and of course, her famous acorn-flour cookies by the bag.
