Jo Ratcliffe

The artist Jo Radcliffe is perhaps best known for her illustrations, but her work also includes animation, typography, live-action film and even set design. Born in the English county of Berkshire, Jo studied painting and printmaking at Central Saint Martins before taking a job at Marvel Comics, where she drew cartoon adventures featuring the character of “Cindy.” Jo’s drawings have been featured on the covers of several international magazines, including Vogue Nippon and British Vogue; she has also created visual concepts for brands such as Louis Vuitton and Kenzo. Jo lives in east London and is unusually good at painting her nails
