Bertha Gonález Nieves

Known as the “First Lady of Tequila”, Bertha González Nieves is a trailblazing businesswoman from Mexico City. As co-founder and CEO of the premier range tequila Casa Dragones, she has been named one of the 50 most powerful women in Mexico by Forbes magazine; celebrated as one of Mexico’s top young businesswomen by Expansión magazine and is the first woman to be awarded the title “Maestra Tequilera” by The Tequila Regulatory Council. Bertha graduated from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City and holds a Masters of Science degree from Northwestern University in Illinois.
