Julia Davis

The comedic writer and performer Julia Davis is responsible for creating some of the most gleefully absurd and hilariously macabre shows on television today. Nighty Night, Lizzie and Sarah, and Hunderby thrill and appall in equal measure and inspire a cult fandom among their audiences. Almost every brilliant British comedy television series of the last ten years has been touched by Julia’s virtuosity: I’m Alan Partridge, Brass Eye, Nathan Barley and Dr. Terrible’s House of Horrible to name just four. Julia lives in north London with her partner, comedic writer Julian Barratt, and their two sons.
